For anyone asking who bought Logan Paul house? The answer is this MGK! Kelly purchased the sprawling 8,689 square foot estate in 2022 for $7.5 million. While Logan Paul house sold for more than the $6.6 million he paid for it in 2017, it wasn’t the $9 million he initially asked for it.

MGK new house was designed by Robert Byrd and constructed in 1976 – though it’s come a long way since its initial design. When Logan moved into the estate, he paid for the home to have a full remodel – ensuring it was completely up to date for modern living.

The end result to this update was a gorgeous, modern home with a top-notch security system and more than enough luxuries to keep you feeling pampered.

If there’s one thing this estate is NOT in short supply of – it’s living rooms and other sitting spaces. In addition to the living room and lounge, the residence also features a family room with a custom wet bar!

MGK and Megan Fox won’t have to worry about lacking dining space – this estate boasts an absolutely stunning formal dining room as well as a breakfast nook just off the kitchen for more casual meals.

The grey marble waterfall island acts as the focal point for the kitchen, which also features state-of-the-art built-in appliances as well as a skylight, beamed ceilings, and recessed lighting.

Okay, so the game room seriously has to be one of the coolest looking spaces in the home. Between its intricately beamed ceilings, accented wall, and complimentary wood floors – can you say architectural eyecandy?!

As for features, the room has a built-in bar and classy brick fireplace.

The estate boasts 7 spacious bedrooms and 8 bathrooms – with the master suite offering a massive walk-in closet, French doors that lead out to the backyard, and a luxurious ensuite with dual vanities, a large steam shower, and soaking tub.

The backyard features a plethora of patio space and a large swimming pool that’s perfect for outdoor entertaining. The former listing also states that the property features an outdoor grotto kitchen, though there aren’t any photos of it (boo!).

A 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom guest house can also be found not far from the pool.

In 2021, Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox began renting an AirBnB in an uber upscale neighborhood in Sherman Oaks, CA. The couple were paying a whopping $30,000 per month in rent for the 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home but seemed happy to do so for awhile at least…

According to both MGK and Megan Fox, the couple were eventually forced from the rental due to a series of spooky happenings during their stay.

The two were able to live with the hauntings for a time. That is, until Kelly himself witnessed their bedroom door get kicked open one night by an unseen force and the couple decided it was time to GTFO! They ended up settling in their new love-nest shortly thereafter.

Built in 2021, the residence boasts 5,300 square feet of living (or unliving) space as well as a chef’s kitchen, pool & spa, basketball court, and an entire second property on the grounds that’s rented separately from the main house.
