Rudy Giuliani was a prominent American politician and lawyer that rose to national fame as the 107th mayor of New York City from 1994-2001. Rudy Giuliani owns two properties – a luxury apartment in New York City and an additional apartment in Palm Beach, Florida. He is looking to sell his NYC pad for $6.1 million, while his Florida residence currently has a tax lien on it from the IRS.

Classified as a landmark in 1977, this gothic-inspired building was constructed in 1906 by prominent architects Harde & Short.

Inside Rudy’s 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit in the historic structure, we see a spacious layout decked out in neutral tones and beautiful crown molding.

The elegant dining room features oak-paneled walls and hardwood floors as well as an extravagant carved plaster ceiling and tall leaded glass windows.

The eat-in kitchen features large windows that allow for ample natural light and darker wood cabinetry that compliments the glossy black & white granite countertops. In the same space, there’s also a butler pantry and staff room with its own ensuite bath.

The library/study is wood paneled and boasts a cozy wood-burning fireplace as well as tall windows that overlook Madison Avenue.

The master suite is comprised of two separate bedrooms merged into one, giving it a much larger layout perfect for the addition of a seating area. Two matching chandeliers add a much-needed touch of charm to the space.

Much like the master suite, the master ensuite was also created by merging two separate bathrooms. Here, we see much of the space adorned with what looks to be a truly eye-catching blue porcelain. As for amenities, the ensuite plays host to a large soaking tub and separate steam shower.

Giuliani originally listed the unit for $6.5 million back in July 2023 but would end up removing the listing. He would relist it in October 2023 at the reduced price of $6.1 million.

Rudy Giuliani purchased a unit in Palm Beach Florida’s palm tree-lined Southlake Condominium building back in 2010 for $1.4 million. Following his separation from wife Judith Nathan, Giuliani would go on to assume full ownership of the apartment in 2020.

Though he attempted to offload the property in 2019 for $3.3 million and later $3 million, he would ultimately decide to remove the listing.

In late 2023, the IRS placed a federal tax lien on the property due to the $549,435,26 Giuliani is said to owe in unpaid income taxes, according to court documents.

Sadly, we were unable to locate any interior photos of Giuliani’s apartment in the building, but records state that his place boasts at least 3 bedrooms. Currently, the apartment is estimated to be worth $3,070 million.

The last concrete estimate of Giuliani’s net worth dates back to 15 years ago and put him at approximately $50 million. Around $15 million of his income at the time was coming from his business activities and it was estimated he was making $17 million annually.

Given that Giuliani is facing millions in lawsuits and recently filed for bankruptcy, however, it’s likely his worth is drastically different from where it was prior.

Following Trump’s loss in the 2020 presidential election, Giuliani played a prominent role in the effort to overturn the election results. He faced accusations in Georgia of making false statements, soliciting false testimony, and attempting the illegal appointment of pro-Trump Electoral College voters.

Giuliani was also considered a co-conspirator in special counsel Jack Smith’s election interference case against Trump, though he was not charged.
