Kendall Jenner’s current home is located in Beverly Hills and is the former home of actor Charlie Sheen. It was purchased for $8.5 million! The new home is much more private and is in a gated community which was a priority on the model’s list of requirements.
The home is 6,625 square feet and guests will be greeted by an impressive outdoor fountain, gorgeous trees, and magnificent wooden doors. The property features 5 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The Spanish style home also has a large backyard complete with a pool, tennis court, fire pit and playground (which her numerous nieces and nephews can enjoy!).

When Kendall Jenner was just 19 years old, she decided to ditch her Calabasas lifestyle and opted to buy a two-bedroom condo in West Hollywood. She paid $1.3 million. It was in the Wilshire building which is a very sought after location to buy in. She sold the home three years later in 2017 for $1.6 million.

The A-lister then moved on to an even more glamorous purchase, a $6.5 million house located near the Sunset Strip. The home had previously belonged to John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, and was super modern and trendy and featured floor to ceiling glass windows all around.
She didn’t stay there for too long, however, and sold the home in August 2017 for $6.8 million – a profit of $350,000! There was a stalker situation and it’s reported that Kendall knew she needed a more secure home.
