Since the house is all-new — built in 2020 — and was never publicly available for sale, photographs and details remain scant. But dated renderings show that the walled and gated complex includes a boxy, ultra-contemporary house with two full floors and four bedrooms, all of them with ensuite bathrooms.

Situated in a particularly celeb-dense part of Los Feliz, where some of Silverman’s nearest neighbors include Scarlett Johansson, Kate Mara, and Lykke Li, the house hunkers atop a knoll well above the street. For privacy and serenity, the .21-acre lot is ringed by mature trees and hedges, and there’s an extensive security system.

Although it’s not certain that the new house adheres exactly to these specs, those renderings reveal the new structure offers an attached two-car garage connected to an open-plan main living area with living and dining spaces, plus an open kitchen with high-end appliances. Foldaway glass doors spill out to an oversized deck with ample space for outdoor entertaining; out there are also a BBQ, firepit, and a rectangular pool.

Also on the ground level are a powder room, plus a small ensuite bedroom probably best-suited for guests or as a gym. Upstairs are three larger bedrooms, plus a private office; the master suite offers a sitting area, marble-slathered bath, and a bedroom-sized closet. Wheat-colored hardwood floors run throughout the house.
