Dylan McDermott is the last of a long list of celebrity owners of this 1920's Spanish home. Dylan purchased it from Melanie Griffin and Antonio Banderas in 1999, who purchased it from Michelle Pfeiffer and David E. Kelly in 1997. 

In 2010 the Santa Monica Conservancy nominated this home as a historical landmark due to it's "distinguished characteristics" of Spanish Colonial Survival architecture. The L.A. City Council voted down that nomination and the home was demolished to make way for a newly built mansion. Before the re-build, the home was 4,500 sq.ft. with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
