Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky announced in early 2016 that they were moving back to Chris' native Australia and decided to sell this home, which they bought in June 2013 for $4.8M. It quickly sold for $7M in April 2016. They downsized to a nearby neighborhood, presumably to keep a more manageable residence in LA.
