In January 2017, Lawrence paid $9 million for a condo in an exclusive complex in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan, NY.

This place is where all the action is. We’re talking neighbors such as Harry Styles, Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel, Jake Gyllenhaal, Meg Ryan, and Rebel Wilson. This place is where it’s at, y'all.

The complex is well-known for being a celebrity hotspot due to the fact that it takes privacy pretty seriously and it’s upgraded with all kinds of high-end amenities.  We’re talking multiple in-unit wet bars, a fitness facility with a Turkish bath, a 75-foot indoor lap pool, a private courtyard, 24-hour concierge and a 5,000 square-foot landscaped roof terrace.

The complex also has a garage that helps make it possible for residents to come and go without being seen.

J Law’s pad at the time was a 3,184-square-foot condo with a massive, 35-foot living/dining room area. The place also included a recessed gas fireplace, 10+ foot ceilings, oak floors, and reclaimed wood columns and beams. The restaurant-grade kitchen had a large marble-topped island and came complete with two ovens, two dishwashers, and two sinks.

The master bedroom had a walk-in closet, an en-suite bath with white Calcutta marble and a freestanding egg tub. It also included an oversized shower with a stone bench as well as a heated towel rack. There were additionally two other bedrooms with large walk-in closets and en-suite baths, a laundry room, a powder room, and a service entrance.

She almost immediately listed it for rent February 2017 for $30,000/month, then lowered it to $27,500/month by May of that year. Records show that she still owns the apartment and most likely took it off the market and now uses it as her East Coast home.

Not too shabby for a second home!
