Jake Owen's House (former)

Florida-raised country singer who hit No. 1 in 2011 with “Barefoot Blue Jean Night.”

The other name here is Loretta Lynn. The Coal Miner’s Daughter entered the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1988.

The house went up in 2006 on more than 7 wooded acres in Kingston Springs, about 23 miles southwest of Nashville, with a recording studio and a tiki bar inside.

Lynn owned it before Jake did, and sold it to him in 2012.

Jake redid the kitchen and stayed 5 years. He asked $1.5M when he put it up for sale in 2017, and it closed that December.

It came back on the market in June 2022 at $2.1M, a decade after Jake bought it.
