6 Celebrity Homes You Can Actually Rent!

Renting a home involves a lot more than just looking at potential properties and choosing the one you want. There are many other factors you need to consider: is it close enough to your workplace? What are the crime rates in the area? Are the schools any good? All of these points are valid and should be weighed up.

However, there is one factor that can be taken as a benchmark for excellent taste and that is celebrity approval. It’s safe to say if a celebrity believes an area is safe for their children and possessions, then we, the common people, would be entering a dreamland once occupied by iconic names if we moved there:

Rihanna

Bought by the singer for about $12 million, the home spans 9,595 square feet of living space and was built in 2012. It has 7-bedrooms, 9-bathrooms, and large living spaces with ceilings as high as 14 ft.

Several high-end features are also included throughout the home like game and media rooms as well as ‘smart home’ technology that regulates sound, temperature, security, fireplaces, and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the first level that provide a beautiful view of the grounds outside. On the exterior, you will find an infinity pool with spa and a sun deck with barbecue and fire pit. The house can be rented for $100,000 per month.

Spanning 11,000 square feet of living space, the mansion also features a gorgeous long pool and panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. The home’s interior is enhanced with stunning beamed ceilings throughout that compliment the vibrant white color that decorates the walls of every room. It is available for about $7,000 per night.
