The Dak Prescott house Prosper TX was built in 2012 and sits on a spacious 7-acre plot. The Dallas Cowboys quarterback purchased the 9,000 square foot mansion in 2019 for around $3.3 million.

Neutral colors, exposed beamed ceilings, and wood molding throughout the home create a warm and inviting environment everywhere you go. While it is a fancy estate, it lacks those pretentious vibes that some modern mansions possess.

The living room features a beautiful fireplace, wooden built-ins, vaulted ceilings, and double glass doors that lead out to one of the covered patios.

Directly off the living room is the spacious kitchen with granite-topped double islands, an informal dining room, 2 double-sized refrigerators, and a massive pantry!

Let’s face it, every athlete’s house MUST have an awesome game room – and Prescott has earned our stamp of approval with his fully decked-out recreation space! Sports simulation theater, projector, a full bar, billiards room, and multiple built-in televisions make this the ultimate hangout spot!

The master bedroom upstairs is just as impressive as the rest of the home! A fireplace, sitting area, and a huge en-suite bathroom with jetted soaking tub and steam shower create the perfect relaxation space after a hard day’s practice. There’s even a private exercise room directly off the bathroom.

The swimming pool and spa, multiple covered patios, a fire pit, fireplace, and a grill station make the backyard an entertainer’s dream. Just imagine what kind of shindigs you could have out here!

Other noteworthy amenities to the 5-bedroom 7-bathroom house include a safe room, guest house, and an attached 6-car garage! Prescott even had a practice football field installed on the massive property that features the D4K logo and the words “Faith” across each end zone.

The installation was reportedly carried out by the same company that the Dallas Cowboys used to install fields at AT&T Stadium.

Did Dak Prescot Buy His Mom a House?

Back in 2019, NBC broadcaster Cris Collinsworth stated during the second quarter of a Cowboys game that Prescott had “got his mom a house.”

Unfortunately, however, this was not the case. Prescott’s mother sadly passed away from colon cancer in 2013 at age 52. While he had stated that he wanted to buy his mother a home, he tragically never had the chance before her death. Collinsworth would go on to apologize to Prescott for misspeaking on the subject.

Dak Prescott’s parents are Peggy and Nathaniel “Nat” Prescott. The couple had separated while their children were still young but always maintained a good friendship despite the divorce.

Dak’s father was a defensive end and linebacker at Grambling State and was always supportive of Dak’s athletic aspirations. Dak was also incredibly close to his mother, Peggy, who continued to support her son until passing away from cancer in 2013.

Dak Prescott has 4 siblings – a sister, Natalie, and brothers Jace, Elliot, and Tad Prescott. In April 2020, Dak and his family would suffer another loss in addition to their mother when Dak’s 31-year-old brother, Jace, would commit suicide.

When speaking on the incident, Dak said that watching their mother die had taken a serious emotional toll on all of them, but especially Jace – who had become Peggy’s primary caregiver at age 25.
