In 2019, Jennifer Garner picked up a 1930s cottage-style home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles for $7.9 million. While the property had underwent some pretty extensive renovations over the years by the previous owner, it still wasn’t quite what Garner was looking for.
Hoping to create the perfect family home for she and her children, Jennifer ended up tearing down the original home on the plot to make way for a brand-new white paneled estate!
Little is known about the Cape Cod-style mansion’s interior specs, but what we do know is that the home was designed by Ken Ungar. It features a large backyard with a swimming pool & spa and ample privacy by way of tall, lush hedges.
The two-story home also boasts a spacious deck near the pool, a patio, and a bonus space for Garner’s garden. The family moved into the estate around summer of 2019 and have called it home ever since!
