Usher dished out $3.4 million dollars for this luxury residence back in May 2022, but he’s far from the first famous name to call it home. In fact, he purchased the place from actress, Cara Delevigne, and her blogger/model sister, Poppy.
The Delevigne sisters had previously purchased the white stucco home from actor and 30 Second to Mars singer, Jared Leto, back in 2017 for just over $2 million.
Outside, we find a backyard surrounded by lush trees and plants, giving it a truly tropical feel where you want it the most – near the pool! Additionally, the space also plays host to a BBQ station and several lounge areas.
The living room features a spacious layout with a fireplace, recessed lighting, and hardwood floors.
Just off the living room, you’ll find the cozy dining area that looks to double as a sort of breakfast nook!
The kitchen boasts all-white cabinetry with black countertops and stainless steel appliances as well as an additional dining area.
The large master suite seems to have merged both the bedroom and ensuite into one space, separated only by a curtain. Wow that’s…not private at all!

Usher purchased this Spanish villa back in 2015 for $3.3 million. The estate boasts 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms as well as 4,261 square feet of interior living space!
Just past the clay-colored stairs leading to the front door, you’ll see a deck area that makes a perfect outdoor recreation space.
Inside, the living room boasts a beamed ceiling and herringbone-faced fireplace as well as wood floors and built-ins for storage.
The formal dining room, located just off the living room, offers a fantastically lush view of the grounds and a peek at the cityscape beyond.
The kitchen features a marble backsplash and grey cabinetry that perfectly compliments the stainless steel appliances.

Usher purchased this brown and white 3 bedroom contemporary in Atlanta, Georgia for $970,000 in July of 2007 and sold it for $775,000 in April 2019.
Much of the home’s 2,908 square foot interior features black walls and light brown wood flooring, like this cozy living room that sits just off the kitchen!
The kitchen features a massive black and white granite island with bar seating as well as stainless steel appliances and black cabinetry.
The master suite is massive! In addition to the actual bed area itself, there is a sliding glass door that leads to an office space and lounge that boasts a dual-sided fireplace.

Usher picked up this stunning white traditional-style estate for $1.2 million in 1999 and has been attempting to sell it for years, finally finding a buyer in 2018 for a reduced $1.5 million price tag.
