Listed by the previous owner, former CEO of both Chrysler and Duracell C. Robert Kidder, the couple got quite a deal compared to the original $19.25M asking price.

The stunning 7,000+ square foot home boasts 6 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a full detached guest house, and a pool cabana. The rare property is actually made up of 4 parcels and is accessible only via a long, dramatic, tree-lined driveway.

Katy Perry purchased her $17.995 million Beverly Hills mansion in 2017. The home is 5,427 square feet and boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It is a secluded property that is well hidden and offers the star a private residence in a gated community in Coldwater Canyon, a celebrity-filled area of Beverly Hills. A few of her uber-famous neighbors were Jennifer Lawrence, Adele, and Cameron Diaz.

Upon approaching the home, you will travel along a ¼ mile long paved driveway before reaching large and magnificent gates. There is said to be off-street parking for up to 20 cars on this driveway.
