Purchased less than a month apart, this second hilltop property in Studio City was snapped up by Lana Del Rey for $2.1 million in 2016. This was actually the first of her two new properties – with this one being bought on June 6 and the second property on June 17.

Inside the 2,829 square foot home, you’ll find a spacious living room with vaulted, beamed ceilings and a fireplace as well as a modest (though spacious) kitchen.

Just off the kitchen is where you’ll also spot the home’s formal dining area!

Given that the home was built in 1936, it’s no surprise that the master suite is slightly less extravagant than other modern homes featured on VR. Despite this, it’s still a super comfy-looking space!

The 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home also comes with a massive attached guest house that features its own full kitchen, bedroom, living room, and bathroom.

The backyard is primarily made up of a swimming pool and lush trees that provide privacy to those looking to enjoy a dip.

In addition to the pool, the backyard also plays host to a large deck complete with shade trees and a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape.

Lana Del Rey purchased this picturesque 1951 estate in Malibu for $3 million in 2015 and went on to sell it in 2018 for $3.2 million.

Perched atop a cliffside in Malibu, this stunning beach home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as 2,800 square feet of living space.

In addition to the luxurious family room (pictured above) the residence also features a living room with a wet bar and wine storage.

The custom kitchen features tons of cabinet and counter space as well as a smaller island at the center and stainless steel appliances.

Upstairs, the master suite boasts a fireplace and glass pocket doors that open onto an expansive balcony that stretches the length of the home.
