In a post shared by Lil Nas in March 2021, the singer announced his new title as a first-time homebuyer after sealing the deal on a 1950s piece of real estate in Sherman Oaks, CA. He paid $2.35 million for the hillside haven.

Although we can’t say for sure, based on multiple property records, it appears as though Lil Nax X paid cash for the home. Typically, we can uncover just how much cash a celebrity has put down on a home and how much was financed, but all we’re seeing is one transaction for the full $2,350,000.

The home, located in Sherman Oaks, CA, boasts 2,580 square feet of living space as well as 4-bedrooms and 4.5-bathrooms, with each room having its own en-suite. Built in 1950, the home underwent an extensive remodeling process over the past 4 years.

A bridge leads you over the small pond and past the trickling waterfall into the entrance of the home.

An open concept floorplan makes accessing the living room, kitchen, and dining room a breeze. A large pocket door in the living room opens onto a balcony that allows for stunning panoramic views of the San Fernando Valley skyline.

Wide plank hardwood floors throughout the airy space blend perfectly with the white marble countertops and black contemporary cabinetry in the kitchen. Here, you’ll find top-of-the-line appliances including a wine fridge and 2 ovens!

The master suite features a private balcony and a spacious walk-in closet with custom built-ins. While you may notice there’s a barn door to the left of the bed, we can confirm that Lil Nas X is not keeping the horses in the back – that’s just the en-suite bathroom!

In the master bath, you’ll find dual vanities, a shower, and a luxurious soaking tub. With the bath being positioned in front of 3 large windows, you can enjoy a great view with your soak or shake your booty at the neighbors after a good bath (though we don’t recommend it!)

It seems Lil Nas X decided to transform 2 of the 4 bedrooms into spaces for an office and gym. From what the property listing stated, there’s even a secret room somewhere in the house as well as a 2-car garage – perfect for cars or other 4-legged forms of transportation.
