Lizzo House Los Angeles (Current)
Lizzo has done a great job of keeping details on her LA digs a secret, but in 2020 she did give fans a tour of sorts when she invited Vogue into her abode for their segment Lizzo 73 Questions.
In the 18+ minute video, the singer answers 73 questions about everything from her childhood to her most embarrassing moment and everything in between. Being the fantastic host she is, Lizzo gives viewers a glimpse into her quirky, charming personality and her unique taste in interior design.
In the spacious kitchen, colorful modern cabinetry and a blue “Lizzos” neon sign create a fun, inviting space for entertaining – something that Lizzo seems like an absolute pro at.
Right off the kitchen is the doors that lead to the backyard, which features a swimming pool and patio with a grill area. A tall wooden fence and greenery provide plenty of privacy from neighboring homes or unwanted onlookers.
Near the double-sided fireplace, Lizzo enjoys a relaxing rest on her oversized bean bag chair.
Of course, a fashionista like Lizzo has to have an enormous walk-in closet to fit her extensive wardrobe and her all-time favorite collection of high-waisted jeans (there may even be room for that infamous white Valentino purse she rocked at the AMAs in 2019!).
This impressive piece of real estate is located in the densely populated Echo Park neighborhood in Los Angeles.
Lizzo House Palm Springs (Rental)
Okay, if you thought Lizzo’s Echo Park place was swanky, prepare to pick your jaw up off the floor, because her hillside compound rental in Palm Springs was STUNNING!
Located on a 2-acre plot, this incredible desert oasis features the only legal helipad in Coachella Valley and rents out for $5000 per night!
Lizzo moved into the posh desert digs following her former landlord kicking her out of her 7-day rental 3 days early. If you follow Lizzo on social media, you’ve likely seen her snapping selfies by the sparkling infinity pool.

Where Is Lizzo From?
Lizzo was born in Detroit, Michigan but relocated to Houston, Texas at age 10. This was where she first began performing.
As far as we can tell, Lizzo is currently enjoying the single life. This year, however, she did admit to once drunkenly messaging Captain America himself, Chris Evans! “Don’t drink and DM, Kids.” Lizzo said in a TikTok when recounting the story.
Not expecting to hear anything back, the singer was thrilled to see a reply from Evans later the same day saying, “No shame in a drunk message” and “I’m a fan, keep up the great work! XXX” accompanied by a kissing face emoji.
Evans himself is no stranger to embarrassing online moments – considering he showed all of Instagram the “angle of the dangle” by accidentally posting an NSFW photo of himself in the buff. The actor has had a great sense of humor on the subject though, even after a bit of razzing from Avengers co-star Mark Ruffalo.
Lizzo is the daughter of Michael Jefferson and Shari Johnson-Jefferson. Lizzo’s mother runs a food truck in California and her father sadly passed away in 2009 when Lizzo was only 21.
Lizzo also has a brother, Mikey, and a sister, Vanessa Jefferson. While not much is known about Mikey, her sister Vanessa works with their mother on her food truck business.

So, it’s not likely you’ll find a massive collection of Lizzo cars in her garage any time soon!
In August 2023, Lizzo found herself embroiled in a legal battle as three of her former dancers have filed a lawsuit against her, alleging body shaming, sexual harassment, and fostering a toxic work environment.
This surprising development comes as a shock to Lizzo’s fans, given that she is widely known for promoting uplifting messages and advocating for body positivity.
The lawsuit, filed on August 1st in the Los Angeles Superior Court, targets Lizzo, her production company Big Grrrl Big Touring, Inc. (BGBT), and a dance captain, accusing them of religious, sexual, and racial harassment, as well as discrimination and false imprisonment.
The three dancers involved in the lawsuit allege that between 2021 and 2023, they were pressured into attending sex shows with Lizzo, and that the singer would often insist that her dancers interact with with the performers in some pretty disturbing ways. In one instance, it’s claimed that Lizzo had allegedly forced one of her dancers to touch a nude performer at a club in Amsterdam.
Moreover, the lawsuit points out instances of racial discrimination within the dance troupe, with black members allegedly being treated differently and unfairly labeled as “lazy, unprofessional, and having bad attitudes” compared to other team members.
The dance captain, Shirlene Quigley, also faces accusations of imposing her religious beliefs on the dancers. The lawsuit claims that she incessantly preached her Christian beliefs, disregarding any protests, and criticized those who engaged in premarital sex.
Attorneys involved with the lawsuit against Lizzo have now confirmed they are currently reviewing complaints from six additional people that have worked with the singer in the past. The new claims coming in reportedly bare a striking resemblance to those from the original 3 backup dancers that filed the lawsuit against her.
