In addition to being an impressive piece of real estate eye-candy, the 4 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom estate boasts a large screened-in porch, spring fed ponds, a stream, hiking trails, saltwater pool, and tennis court.
Additional structures on the property include a greenhouse, treehouse, and antique barn.

According to reports at the time, it took Matt Damon an entire year to close the deal on his sprawling penthouse at The Standish. The star paid a whopping $16.745 million for the unit – making it the highest price paid for a residential building in Brooklyn at the time.
