Pelosi is best known for being the current Speaker of the House of Representatives in the United States. She’s the first-ever woman to hold that title and she is an avid member of the Democratic party. Following behind the Vice President, Pelosi would be next in the line of succession to take on all presidential duties. Most recently, she’s dominated news headlines for her impeachment inquiry against President Trump. When it comes to the U.S. government, Pelosi is in a largely powerful position. Oh yeah…and did we mention she’s also one of the richest members of Congress?

Where does Nancy Pelosi live?

Nancy Pelosi owns about $20 million worth of real estate spread throughout nine properties. She and her husband Paul have invested in both residential and commercial properties all over the country. Their primary residences are in California and Washington DC.

Nancy Pelosi owns an extensive property in the esteemed Pacific Heights region of San Francisco. Pelosi and her husband purchased the compound in 2007 for $2.25 million. The “Paul Pelosi Family Trust” is the registered owner of the home.

That price tag seems like pennies compared to what it’s worth today. As of 2014, the lot appreciated in value between an estimated $5 and $25 million, according to her financial statements provided to the US government. Sounds like a good investment to us.

The towering red-brick mansion was built in 1938 and boasts 3,332 square feet. The exterior of the homes is in pristine condition, with the darker tones of red-brick balanced with a curved wall of windows trimmed in white above the front door. Little is known about the interior of the 2-story home – except that it has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a 420 square foot basement – but we imagine Mrs. Pelosi has it decked out.

Way back in 1990, according to property record recourse PropertyShark, The Pelosi’s paid $2,350,000 for a 16.55-acre vineyard in Saint Helena, CA aka Napa Valley. Nestled just north of Napa and sitting directly across from the Napa River, Pelosi is living in the lap of luxury.

The sprawling estate came with a 3,314 square foot structure built in 1958, and in 2006, records show that a 2,400 square foot, 2-story structure was added. Inside the original structure, there are said to be 6 generously sized rooms that include 2 bedrooms. There are also two fireplaces and a pool in the backyard for entertaining guests.

She’s known to throw lavish parties at her estate, often inviting financial supporters and other political figures over for dinner. Neighbors say there’s no missing her when she is in town – gaggles of black SUVs and air traffic are everywhere.

In 2005, the Napa Valley Planning commission granted the Pelosi’s a permit to operate a 5,000-gallon-per-year winery, allowing for weekly wine tastings. However, as Napa County Deputy Planning Director John McDowell said, “They did enough to activate the permit…The ball is in their court to pursue the rest of the construction project.” They have yet to do so.

Nancy Pelosi house photos are nearly impossible to find, but thanks to Google Maps, exterior photos of Nancy Pelosi’s house in Napa Valley reveal a good bit. Aerial photos show the landscape of her property, revealing that Pelosi has a tennis court on-site. There are also some shots of the front gate with a long winding road that leads up to her estate. Other than that, the interior snapshots of Pelosi’s homes are kept under wraps.

While living in California can be relaxing, Pelosi is all about business when she jets off to Washington. When she’s not busy going tit-for-tat with Donald Trump, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi settles in at her classy DC home. The best part? It’s only a fifteen-minute commute to the White House. They may not get along, but Pelosi and Trump are practically neighbors. The affluential Georgetown neighborhood of DC is known for housing some famous political figures – and Nancy Pelosi is one of them.

Nancy and Paul Pelosi reside in a 2,325 square foot condo on K Street in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington DC valued at around $2.16 million. They purchased the unit for $650,000 in 1999 from Pelosi campaign donor Paul Seagram.

The top-notch property is known for its tight security, so its no wonder why Pelosi likes it there. With two floors of living space, Nancy Pelosi house DC has been renovated with all the essentials. We’re talking granite countertops, maple cabinetry and a marble tub in the master bath. This upscale place boasts high ceilings, crown moldings, and two balconies to overlook the Potomac River. The 36-unit building also comes equipped with a swanky rooftop swimming pool.

Does Nancy Pelosi Have A Wall Around Her House?

A quick search for Nancy Pelosi house photos often shows a picture of a massive mansion located at 2724 Pacific Avenue in San Francisco. The huge home can be seen towering over a very tall white wall that encloses the property. This home was once San Francisco’s most expensive home on the market, valued at nearly $30 million. Of course, these stats are staggering…there’s just only one problem: this isn’t Nancy Pelosi home. There was a popular meme that made its rounds around the internet claiming that this was the home of Pelosi. While she does live in the same neighborhood, she isn’t quite sitting on a 26,000 square foot property…yet, anyway.

Pelosi is a staunch opponent of having border walls constructed in the United States, but many have wondered if she has a wall around her own place of residence. To answer the question everybody wants to know: yes, Nancy Pelosi’s house is enclosed by a stone wall that surrounds the property…but it’s not as scandalous as you might think. The wall isn’t very tall and not much different than any other house you would see in the area. It’s likely for privacy purposes and to keep out intruders, but Pelosi’s San Francisco house does still make sure to keep security a top priority. In addition to the stone wall, Pelosi also has a fence and a stream of water from the nearby Napa River to act as a moat around her land. In the entrance to Pelosi’s house, visitors are met with a large front gate that can only be opened after entering a code and being granted access.
