Where Does Christina Hall Live?
Christina and fam spend most of their time these days at their new home in Newport Beach, California, that she purchased in 2022 for $12 million. When they’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle in of the city, they go down to their gorgeous vacation home in Franklin, Tennessee.

Christina Hall picked up this gorgeous midcentury modern mansion for $12,000,000 in an off-market deal in May of 2022. The home boasts 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms as well as 6,984 square feet of interior living space.
At the center of the estate sits a courtyard that boasts an outdoor lounge area, pool & spa, and a covered patio with a dining area.
Sadly, there aren’t any interior photos of the home to show us what Hall’s done with the place since her purchase, but what we do see is that the estate is primarily made up of steel, concrete, and glass walls – like the ones pictured below.
As of 2023, this is Christina’s primary residence.
Christina Hall House Franklin TN (Current)
Christine Hall has made it known on several occasions that she’s smitten with Tennessee, but she really put her money where her mouth is when she purchased this white farmhouse in Franklin, TN for $2,500,000 in 2021!
Located less than an hour from Nashville, this stunning estate boasts 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and sits on 23.82 acres of lush Tennessee land.
The estate boasts a beautiful combination of wood, stone, and brick within its 5,000 square feet of interior space. Below, we see the living room, just off the kitchen, which features a large brick fireplace and beamed ceiling.
Speaking of the kitchen, it’s here you’ll find stainless steel double ovens and a stove encased by a brick arch, giving it a country kitchen vibe. The space also features a farmhouse-style sink and large island with bar seating.
The breakfast nook is decked out in panel walls and a antique neon sign. The doorway on the right takes you up to the second level.
Upstairs, we find the home’s master suite, which boasts large wood beams adorning the ceiling, a beach-style chandelier, and beautiful wood floors.
The master ensuite sports similar cabinetry to what’s found in the kitchen, providing his and her sinks and a vanity space as well as a soaking tub and what looks to be travertine flooring. Given Hall’s penchant for travertine, it’s not surprising her home would utilize it somewhere!
There’s a misconception going around that Christina has been using this as her primary residence, but the HGTV star herself has publicly stated this is exclusively a vacation home. As of June 2023, it was said that the home will be available to rent on AirBnb in the near future.

Christina Hall added this unique contemporary farmhouse-style estate to her property portfolio back in June 2021, when she purchased it for $5.3 million. The residence boasts 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and 4,804 square feet of living space.
Of course, Hall did a ton of work on the place while she owned it. Here, we see vaulted ceilings featuring extravagant beams in the living room, which sits near the kitchen.
The spacious gourmet kitchen features off-white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a massive marble island with extra storage space and bar seating for up to 4.
The master suite, located on the first floor, features a modern black fireplace and wall of glass that opens onto a patio area near the pool. Windows placed high above the space offer ample natural lighting.
The master ensuite boasts beautiful Calcutta Viola marble on the countertops and shower bench. Right next to the large glass shower, you’ll find the large freestanding tub.
Looking like something straight out of a luxury resort, the backyard features a huge covered space with an outdoor kitchen, bar, and lounge.
And further adding to the outdoor entertainment potential, the estate also features a large pool and spa!
Hall pocketed a nice little profit off the home when she sold it for $8,300,000 in August of 2023!
Christina Hall and Tarek House Yorba Linda CA (Former)
Back when Christina and Tarek were still married, the couple purchased this stone-faced estate in Yorba Linda, California for $2,000,000 in December of 2013. Once they took over ownership of the home, the couple went to work creating the ultimate dream house for their growing family – and they succeeded!
The estate features 5 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms as well as 6,366 square feet of living space. Below, we see the large family room with a fireplace and travertine floors (remember what we said about Hall’s love of travertine?).
The formal dining room features a large opulent chandelier and brick accent wall. Nearby, the wrought-iron-adorned stairs lead to the upper level.
Hoping to catch your favorite HGTV show in style? Look no further than this cozy home theater with a large screen backlit with LEDs. Now wallpaper is a delicate thing when put to use in a home – it can either be a gorgeous addition to the space or an absolute disaster. Thankfully, it’s the former of the two in this case! #prodesign
The backyard is by far one of the coolest areas of the property, featuring a massive covered patio with an outdoor kitchen, dining space, and lounge with built-in TV. Just off the patio, the tropical lagoon-style swimming pool with waterfalls, a spa, and lush palm trees really brings the WOW factor!
Not long after their divorce was finalized, Christina sold the couples’ former home for $2,925,000 in May 2018.
Christina Hall House Dana Point CA (Former)
Christina picked up this beautiful brown and white custom contemporary for $10,300,000 in July 2021. The 6,085 square foot home features 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
The living room features a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and beamed ceiling. A wall of glass nearby opens onto an absolutely stellar view of the ocean!
The kitchen boasts a stylish design – featuring glass and wood cabinetry and white stone on the backsplash, countertops, and island. The combination of different colored cabinetry isn’t something you typically see for kitchens, but it really works here!
The estate’s formal dining room is encased in glass that looks out onto the pool and ocean beyond. Two sets of glass doors lead outside to the patio.
The master suite features a large white and grey granite fireplace and rich dark wood floors. A retractable glass wall in the room opens to a patio.
The master ensuite features a deep bathtub and bathroom vanity that sits against a textured accent wall. The window offers a premium view of the water while soaking in the tub.
At the back of the estate, there’s a large swimming pool and firepit area.
Christina sold the property in April 2022 for $11,500,000 after marrying now-husband, Josh Hall!

Christina Hall Husband
So, who is Christina Hall married to? The HGTV super star has been married three times in her life. She was first married to Tarek El Moussa, then Ant Anstead, and most recently Joshua Hall. Get the full scoop on Hall’s relationships below!
Christina Hall Joshua Hall
In July 2021, it was revealed that Christina Hall was in a relationship with Texas-based realtor Joshua Hall. The pair had reportedly started dating in Spring of 2021, and by September of the same year the couple were engaged! Josh and Christina wed in a courthouse ceremony in April 2022 and are still happily married as of 2023.
Fun fact: Josh Hall isn’t the only member of his family to have been in the spotlight. His sister, Stacie Adams, played the role of “Stacie the Bartender” on the MTV series “The Hills” and was formally roommates with “Vanderpump Rules” star Scheana Shay.
His other sister, Jessica Hall, was formally a Playboy model and appeared in the MTV series’ “Burned” and “The Hills” as well as “Kendra and Kendra on Top” opposite friend, Kendra Wilkinson.
Christina Hall Tarek El Moussa
Christina Hall’s first marriage was to fellow “Flip or Flop” star, Tarek El Moussa. Hall and El Moussa met in 2005 while the pair were working as real estate agents at the insurance firm Prudential. The couple would begin dating in 2006 and would go on to marry in April 2009.
In addition to their early house flipping struggles documented on the series, the couple also faced a series of other life-altering challenges. In 2013, Tarek was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and testicular cancer, which required him to undergo surgery and radioactive iodine therapy. Fortunately, El Moussa is now in remission as of 2023.
In 2016, police were called to the couples’ Yorba Linda, California home in response to a “possibly suicidal male with a firearm” and discovered El Moussa walking on a nearby trail. El Moussa complied with authorities and was escorted back to his home.
According to a witness that was working on a neighboring home, they spotted Tarek running from the back door of his own home and jumping over the fence. A visibly shaken Christina then informed the witness that Tarek had stored a handgun in his backpack and ran off. It was Christina who had called 911.
Speaking on the events himself, Tarek stated that he was simply looking to blow off some steam and go for a hike in the hills. He said he took the firearm with him for safety since the area is known to have mountain lions and rattlesnakes.
The couple announced their split shortly after the incident and the divorce was finalized in 2018.
Tarek and Christina would continue filming “Flip or Flop” together until finally deciding to part ways professionally and end the series in 2022. Like Hall, Tarek now has his own series on HGTV, titled “The Flipping El Moussas” opposite his current wife, Heather Rae El Moussa.
Christina Hall Ant Anstead
In January 2018, it was revealed that Christina Hall (then Haack), was dating British television star, Ant Anstead. The pair would wed on December 22, 2018 at their home in Newport Beach. Ant is best known as a motor specialist and television presenter, starring in the series “Wheeler Dealers” from 2017-2019 as well as “art on Wheels” and other car-based TV shows.
Despite looking like the picture-perfect couple to the public, however, the pair clearly had their differences. This would become evident after they announced their separation in September 2020 after less than two years of marriage. A slightly messy court battle ensued for their son, Hudson, but the pair would ultimately be granted joint custody.
Ant would go on to start dating actress, Renee Zellweger, and the pair are currently engaged as of 2023.

Christina Hall has three children at the time this article was published. She shares two children – Taylor (age 12) and Brayden (age 7) with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa. Her third child, Hudson (age 3) is from her marriage to Ant Anstead.
