Ali Fedotowsky-Manno's House (former)
Nashville, TN
The Story
The former Nashville home of 2010 Bachelorette lead Ali Fedotowsky-Manno and husband Kevin Manno, on a Green Hills cul-de-sac. They sold in June 2025 and moved to San Diego, citing allergies and tornado warnings.
The lot sold in September 2020 for $1,275,000, its old house carried at $500: a teardown. Assessor records date the new brick two-story to 2021 and log a $2.6M sale that October.
Fedotowsky-Manno and Manno moved from Los Angeles in 2021. She has said they found the house as bare framing, no drywall on the walls yet, and picked the fixtures and hardware themselves.
The deed closed June 2, 2025 at $4.7M to a private trust, the tenth-largest sale in Davidson and Williamson counties that month by the Nashville Post’s count. Fedotowsky-Manno announced it on Instagram that week.
A private house at the end of a short residential cul-de-sac, visible from the street only. There is no marker and no public access, so do not approach.
