Pop singer and actor who went from Nickelodeon's Victorious to No. 1 hits like “Thank U, Next” and “7 Rings.” Playing Glinda in 2024's Wicked earned her an Oscar nomination.

The Bird Streets, the hillside enclave where every road takes a bird's name, began appearing in 1924. New ones kept coming into the 1960s, when Blue Jay Way was added, per Los Angeles magazine.

Sale coverage dates the cottage to 1946, on 3 contiguous parcels of steep hillside. A long gated driveway and tall hedges screen it from the road, with views over the Sunset Strip and West Hollywood.

Grande bought the cottage in 2021, about a year after buying a far larger house elsewhere in the Bird Streets. Coverage at the time, drawing on Dirt, called it a derelict teardown.

She sold it off-market to Bad Bunny in January 2024, for less than she had paid, with the cottage still standing. Sale coverage dated its last renovation to 2020, the year before she bought it.

Los Angeles County reappraised the parcel that carries the house's address on a 2024 change of ownership, the record side of the Bad Bunny sale. The assessor's roll also notes its city view.

In 1967, George Harrison wrote the Beatles' “Blue Jay Way” in a rented house on the Bird Streets road of that name, killing time while publicist Derek Taylor was lost in the fog.
