The Porter House began as 2 separate barns built in Surrey, England, in the 1700s. In the 1980s they were shipped to California and joined into a single house here, according to Architectural Digest.

Santa Barbara County’s assessor records the house as built in 1986. That is the date of its second life, roughly 2 centuries after the barns first went up in the English countryside.

A glass-enclosed solarium links the 2 old barns, and the house has an octagonal library with antique casement windows. Outside, stone paths and brick terraces run through the gardens, per Variety.

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi bought this Hedgerow property in January 2020 and had it remade in about 5 months. Grande bought it from them that June, according to Siteline.

Grande married Dalton Gomez here in May 2021, a year after she moved in. Her rep told NBC News the ceremony was “tiny and intimate,” with fewer than 20 people.

She sold the house in an off-market deal in September 2022, about 2 years after buying it. The couple announced their separation the following summer.
