Cristiano Ronaldo's House
Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid
The Story
Portuguese forward with 5 Ballon d’Or awards and Real Madrid’s all-time leading scorer. He played 9 seasons in Madrid, from 2009 to 2018, before Juventus, Manchester United, and Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia.
La Finca was a pine wood where Pozuelo residents walked and cycled, until a council rezoning put the land in the hands of developer Luis García Cereceda. Planning began in 1989 and building in 2003, according to Idealista.
Ronaldo bought the house at the end of 2010, in his second season at Real Madrid, from the widow of García Cereceda, who had died that year, according to OKdiario.
He began a full renovation as soon as he bought it, ABC reported, and the original layout did not survive. Georgina Rodríguez later redid the interiors with designer Paula Brito, as shown on Netflix’s I Am Georgina.
A room for his boots and trophies is the detail Hola and ESdiario both single out. ESdiario adds a billiards table there, and goalposts in the garden for his children.
He tried to sell in 2016, with 3 agencies on it, per OKdiario. The Sun said in July 2018 he was selling again as he left for Juventus, and The Olive Press reported a sale that August.
Later coverage does not match a sale. Hola counted the house among the couple’s homes in September 2022, after a family summer there, and Architectural Digest’s 2026 roundup still treated it as his.
