Singer, songwriter, and producer who co-writes and produces his sister Billie Eilish’s records. He has won 11 Grammys and 2 Oscars, for “No Time to Die” and “What Was I Made For?”

Finneas paid $2.73M through a trust for this Spanish Colonial-style house in late 2019, the Los Angeles Times reported that November. He was 22 and up for 5 Grammys for his work on Billie’s debut album.

The house went up in 1924, according to the Los Angeles County assessor’s roll. The same record carries an effective year of 1928, which the county uses when early additions or rework make a building read younger.

Los Feliz was thinly settled before the movies arrived: the Los Feliz Improvement Association counts fewer than 30 houses on its flatlands in 1903. Cheap rail fares and 10 local film studios set off a housing boom.

The Los Angeles Times opened its story on the sale by noting he’d have a place to display any Grammys he won. In January 2020 he won all 5 he was up for.

By September 2020 Finneas had added an oceanfront cottage in Malibu, Variety reported, alongside a small bungalow in Highland Park. The same story still counted this Los Feliz house among his homes.
