Gary LeVox's House (former)

Nashville, TN

The Story

Rascal Flatts’ lead singer, the voice on “Bless the Broken Road” and “What Hurts the Most.”

Nashville architect Mitchell Barnett designed the Romanesque villa: 18 rooms, at least 4 fireplaces, and twin 2-car garages.

LeVox put the villa up for sale in late 2013, asking $3.35M.

LeVox and Rascal Flatts bassist Jay DeMarcus are second cousins from Columbus, Ohio. They started the band in Nashville in 1999 with lead guitarist Joe Don Rooney.

He has since traded city life for Fast Cars and Freedom Farms, more than 2,000 acres southwest of Nashville. He named it for one of the band’s early hits.
