Justin Bieber is the Canadian pop star who went from YouTube covers to the 2010 hit “Baby.” His wife, Hailey Bieber, born Hailey Baldwin, is a model who launched the skincare brand Rhode in 2022.

Beverly Park was developed in 2 phases, according to the Los Angeles Business Journal: the southern section in 1984 and the northern one in 1989. Each half kept its own homeowners association.

A Dubai-based developer bought this South Beverly Park house in 2015 and gave it a multimillion-dollar renovation before selling it on, according to Variety. The county roll logs an update there that same year.

County records date the house to 1988, one of 16 home sites on its tract, most built between 1986 and 1990. The parcel is taxed as City of Los Angeles, not Beverly Hills, despite the mailing address.

The Biebers bought it in August 2020, with brokers Josh and Matt Altman on their side. Elle Decor still called it the couple’s primary residence in April 2026.

In 2006 the north’s homeowners barred nannies, gardeners, and guests bound for South Beverly Park from their gates, forcing a 7-mile detour. The south sued, and a Los Angeles County judge sided with it in January 2009.

The southerners who sued included Magic Johnson and Jaws producer Richard Zanuck, per the Associated Press. Variety still counted Johnson among the Biebers’ neighbors in 2020.
