Justin Bieber became a pop star as a teenager with “Baby” in 2010 and later topped the charts with “Peaches.” Hailey Bieber, born Hailey Baldwin, is a model who launched the skincare brand Rhode in 2022.

The couple bought the house in March 2019, the spring after their 2018 wedding. Hollywood production designer Charles Infante, whose music-video credits include Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga, had renovated it before the sale.

Los Angeles County Assessor records date the house to 1932 and place it inside Beverly Hills city limits, north of Sunset. Elle Decor describes the style as Monterey Colonial.

Landscape architect Wilbur Cook’s 1907 plan for Beverly Hills put the larger lots on the steeper ground north and smaller parcels south. The city incorporated in 1914, 18 years before this house went up.

In October 2019, 7 months after the purchase, Justin posted photos of the house on Instagram and asked whether anyone was interested in buying it. He added that he would sell it “with all the furniture.”

Agent Dalton Gomez and brothers Josh and Matt Altman, who star in a Bravo real-estate series, sold it for the couple. TMZ reported the sale closed on February 18, 2021, for less than they had paid.

The home’s bar took its cue from the nearby Beverly Hills Hotel, banana-leaf wallpaper and all, according to Home Network. The hotel opened in May 1912 and became known for that print.
