Justin Bieber's House (former rental)
Beverly Hills, CA
The Story
Canadian pop singer found on YouTube and signed in 2008, then a teen idol by 2010 with “Baby.” His 2015 album Purpose carried 3 number-one singles on the Hot 100, “Love Yourself” among them.
Bieber leased the house in 2017 for $55,000 a month, according to TMZ. Domino described it as a furnished, single-story modern home with glass doors opening to the backyard and views toward the Hollywood Hills.
The Los Angeles County Assessor dates the house as it stands to 2008, one of 4 on its 44-parcel tract dated to this century. Its land still carries the base year a 1996 change of ownership set.
Paul Trousdale bought the 410-acre Doheny family ranch that became Trousdale Estates in 1954, according to 1stDibs’ Introspective. His design board held houses to a single story so the hillside lots kept their city views.
Beverly Hills code caps every structure in Trousdale Estates at 14 feet and keeps it on the level pad. So the 2008 house here had to spread out, not up.
Beverly Hills police arrested a woman in her 40s at the house in October 2017 on suspicion of trespassing, her third attempt that week. Security told officers she never reached Bieber, who was home.
Permits logged at least 18 film and photo shoots here from 2010 to 2017, TMZ found, the latest a Call of Duty ad in the backyard that September. Lincoln, Buick, Acura, and Chrysler shot ads here too.
