Grammy-winning rapper and producer who broke through with “The College Dropout” in 2004 and built the Yeezy sneaker line into a global brand. He married Kim Kardashian in 2014.

The compound once belonged to Lisa Marie Presley, who bought it in 1993 and sold it in 2010 to a Los Angeles physician who demolished her house and most of the landscaping.

He replaced it with a French-style mansion among 2 vineyards and a rose garden, completed by 2012. He sold the finished estate 2 years later to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

Kanye worked with Belgian designer Axel Vervoordt to strip the interiors down to plaster and stone over 5 years, finishing the redesign in 2019.

After their divorce, Kim kept the compound and bought out Kanye’s stake in the settlement, and their 4 children have lived there with her since.

Kris Jenner has put the finished house’s worth at about $60M. In late 2024, crews were seen tearing down exterior walls as Kim began another renovation.
