Kanye West & Kim Kardashian's House (former)

Kim Kardashian, reality star and Skims founder, and Kanye West, the rapper behind Yeezus, married in 2014 and divorced in 2022.

The house went up in 2010 as a spec-built Tuscan Mediterranean estate on a hilltop lot, and nobody had ever lived in it before Kim and Kanye bought it in 2013.

The property sits in Bel Air Crest’s Custom Homes section, built for large estates on big lots about 2 miles north of Sunset Boulevard, above the Sepulveda Pass.

Kim and Kanye began gutting the interior almost as soon as they closed in 2013, a renovation that stretched across 2 years and drew inspiration from a trip to Versailles.

4 gold-plated toilets styled after Louis XIV cost $750,000 combined during the renovation. The couple also added a bowling alley, a home theater, a gym, and a basketball court.

They sold the finished estate to Bay Area entrepreneur and philanthropist Marina Acton, in a deal that set a price record for Bel Air Crest.
