Kellie Pickler's House

American Idol season 5 alum turned country hitmaker. “Red High Heels,” then a 2013 Dancing with the Stars win.

Kellie bought the newly built Green Hills house in 2010, 4 years after her Idol run. Nashville Scene noted the purchase in its Headline Homes column.

She and songwriter Kyle Jacobs, who co-wrote Garth Brooks’s “More Than a Memory,” married in 2011 and lived here.

Jacobs died at the home in February 2023.

Kellie put the house up for sale that November, and the sale closed in May 2024.

Her season of Idol was won by Taylor Hicks in 2006. She finished 6th and had a record deal within the year.
