Kendall Jenner's House
Beverly Hills, CA
The Story
Kendall Jenner became Forbes’ highest-paid model in 2017, walking runways for Chanel while starring on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. She later launched the tequila brand 818.
The Spanish-style house went up in 1991 on a 0.84-acre parcel, one of the custom builds inside the gated Mulholland Estates enclave.
Despite its Beverly Hills zip code, county assessor records place the parcel in the Sherman Oaks district, inside the large-lot residential zone that governs Mulholland Estates.
Charlie Sheen bought the house from businessman Tom Gores in 2012 for his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, and their twin sons. He sold it in 2016, one of 3 Mulholland Estates homes he owned at once.
Jenner bought the estate in 2017, moving up from a condo she had owned in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.
In October 2018, John Ford hiked through the hillside behind the gates and reached Kendall’s pool and front porch, his fourth trespass in 3 months. A restraining order followed.
