Kendall Jenner's House (former)

Los Angeles, CA

The Story

Kendall Jenner appeared on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” from its 2007 debut and became one of fashion’s top-earning models by her twenties. She started modeling at 14.

The house went up in 1958 on a 0.36-acre lot in Hollywood Hills West, above the Sunset Strip near the Chateau Marmont hotel. A pool and a rooftop deck came later.

John Krasinski added an entire third floor during a 2012 to 2015 renovation, and he asked neighbors, including Jimmy Kimmel, to sign off on the height.

Kendall bought the house from John Krasinski and Emily Blunt in June 2016, taking over a home the couple had already spent 3 years renovating.

Weeks after she moved in, a man with an outstanding arrest warrant followed her through the gate in August 2016, and she called police from inside her car.

Burglars took about $200,000 in jewelry from inside the house in March 2017, with no sign of forced entry. It was one of several celebrity break-ins that hit the Hollywood Hills that year.

Kendall sold the house in August 2017, and it changed hands again in 2021 when Ryan Dolan, son of Knicks owner James Dolan, bought it.
