Kesha's Nashville House (former)
Nashville, TN
The Story
Kesha is the pop singer behind “Tik Tok,” a household name by 2010. Her Nashville home from those years is a gated Craftsman-style house on a wooded Oak Hill cul-de-sac beside Radnor Lake.
The assessor dates the bi-level, frame-and-stone house to 2003; its previous owner paid $915,000 in 2004. A 2013 plat redrew the line with the neighboring lot, leaving 0.98 acres.
Kesha bought it in October 2010 for $1.4M, the figure on both the deed and Variety’s report. She put it on the market in 2015 at $1.55M, then cut the ask to $1.449M.
NBC’s TODAY reported the sale pending on March 10, 2016, during her litigation with Sony and producer Dr. Luke, and the deed recorded 4 days later carries $1.3M, below the asking price.
An occupied private home since Kesha left, resold in 2017 and held by a private trust since 2020. Iron gates and trees screen it from the cul-de-sac; no marker, no public access.
