Khloe Kardashian's House (former)

Reality star turned entrepreneur, best known from Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which ran from 2007 to 2021. She later built the size-inclusive clothing line Good American.

The house went up in 2005. Nicole Murphy, Eddie Murphy's former wife, owned it until 2011, a year before Justin Bieber bought it.

Designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard reworked the interiors for Khloe after she moved in. He converted 3 rooms into a closet and a screening room, steering the look back toward the house's Mediterranean roots.

Bieber bought the place in 2012, not long after his career took off, and sold it 2 years later following a public feud with a neighbor.

Khloe closed on the house in March 2014, weeks after filing for divorce from Lamar Odom. She paid off a lien from an electrical contractor and had Bieber's skate ramp removed before moving in.

About a dozen detectives searched Bieber's house here on January 14, 2014, investigating an egging incident at a neighbor's home. He later pleaded no contest to vandalism and paid $80,900 in restitution.
