Kris Jenner's House (former)

Kris Jenner built the Kardashian-Jenner brand empire as the family’s momager. She spent 20 seasons as an executive producer on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which ended in 2021.

Architect Brian Lerman designed the house in the modern farmhouse style now common in the area. Builders favor low, batten-board-and-stone volumes because zoning caps building height and bans flat roofs.

The modern farmhouse look caught on locally around 2013, when architect George De La Nuez reworked an old Cape Cod-style cottage into an early version of it, using board siding and stone accents.

Kris bought the place in November 2017 but didn’t move in until 2019, after more than a year of top-to-bottom renovation.

Kris brought in designers Tommy and Kathleen Clements and Waldo Fernandez for the redo, filling the rooms with her own art and furniture, including a Jean Prouvé daybed and Jeanneret chairs.

In 2020, Kris sold the place off market, all cash, to Katharina Harf, an heiress whose father’s company, Coty, held a stake in Kylie Jenner’s cosmetics line.
