Kylie Jenner's House

Reality television personality Kylie Jenner grew up on Keeping Up with the Kardashians before launching Kylie Cosmetics in 2015. She sold a 51% stake in the company to Coty for $600M in 2019.

This gated equestrian community was platted in 1950 by developer Hanson. The first model home on Long Valley Road went to actor Leo Gorcey of the Dead End Kids.

Miley Cyrus kept a horse ranch here from 2015 to 2018. The next owner tore the ranch house down completely before selling the bare lot on to Jenner.

Jenner bought the empty five acres in the spring of 2020, taking over the previous owner’s building permits along with the bare dirt.

Those permits called for a mansion with a 12-car garage, a guesthouse, a barn, and a sports court, additions that took years to finish.

Jenner finally moved into the finished compound in April 2026, wrapping up roughly 6 years of construction on what had been empty ground.
