Kylie Jenner's House

Kylie Jenner grew up on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” before launching Kylie Cosmetics in 2015 at 17. The lip kit line made her one of the youngest self-made entrepreneurs in the country.

The Cape Cod-style house is new construction, completed in 2016 on a parcel that changed hands in 2014. It hit the market that November, before it was finished, and took nearly a year to sell.

This gated equestrian community northwest of Los Angeles was platted in 1950 by developer Hanson, built around bridle trails and one-acre lots instead of city blocks. It incorporated in 1961 to protect that character.

Jenner bought the place in September 2016, when she was 19. It sold to her straight out of new construction, making her its first owner.

Architectural Digest put her on its March 2019 cover, styled by designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard in pink accents and vintage Lucite. She later said she found out she was pregnant partway through the design project.

Jenner put the house up for sale in March 2026, after moving into a new custom compound. Josh and Matt Altman, the brokers from Bravo's real estate reality show, brought it to market.
