Kylie Jenner & Rob Kardashian's House

Kylie Jenner grew up on Keeping Up with the Kardashians before launching Kylie Cosmetics in 2015. Her brother Rob Kardashian, a reality personality and sock designer, rented this house from her in 2016.

County assessor records date the build to 2014, two years before Kylie bought it. A four-car garage and pool were part of the original construction, not later additions.

The gated, horse-friendly community around the property started in 1950 as a rustic retreat, laid out by developer A E Hanson. It broke away and incorporated as its own small city in 1961.

Kylie bought the place in May 2016, trading up from a smaller house nearby that she’d owned about a year. She was 18 at the time, already the owner of a fast-growing cosmetics line.

Rob Kardashian and his then-partner Blac Chyna moved in that December, wanting more room and to be near their mother, Kris, after their daughter Dream was born. Kylie was briefly her own brother’s landlord.

Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and Drake have all called this same gated enclave home at one point, part of why the Kardashian-Jenner family clustered here in the first place.
