Steve Harvey's Sandy Springs House (former)
Sandy Springs, GA
The Story
Steve Harvey, host of Family Feud since 2010, still owns this turreted Sandy Springs house through 2 family trusts. It has been on the market since February 2026, with Harvey now based in Buckhead.
Fulton County’s tax rolls bracket the purchase: a private couple owned the parcel on the 2010 digest, and The Broderick Steve Harvey Revocable Trust owned it alone on the 2011 digest.
The rolls give the house a 2005 build year and 2 and a half stories. By 2020 Marjorie Harvey’s trust had joined his on the title, and both still hold it on the draft 2027 digest.
Realtor.com data, as EURweb reported it in May 2026, put Harvey’s 2010 price at $3.38M. No county roll records the sale price, so that figure rests on one real-estate data report.
Realtor.com’s write-up, via EURweb, describes a gated European-style estate with a turret-style exterior, a double-height great room, a private theater, and an elevator serving all 3 floors.
The house came onto the market in February 2026 at $5.1M and was cut $350,000 to $4.75M by May, according to EURweb. The same report says Harvey lived there about a decade.
Fulton County’s 2025 and 2026 rolls appraise the parcel at $2.5M, roughly half the current asking figure and below the $3.38M Realtor.com says Harvey paid.
Harvey and his wife Marjorie bought Tyler Perry’s former Buckhead estate for $15M in May 2020, Variety’s Dirt reported. EURweb called that estate his primary residence in May 2026.
The house stands behind a gate, set back on a wooded lot of about 1.7 acres, and its turreted front is about all a passerby can see. It is private property with no public access.
