Sylvester Stallone's House
Palm Beach, FL
The Story
Sylvester Stallone wrote and starred in Rocky in 1976, then built a second action franchise as Rambo. Since 2022 he has led the Paramount+ crime series Tulsa King.
Completed in 2014, the Caribbean-style house has scalloped Dutch gables and a keyhole-shaped pool on the water, according to the Palm Beach Daily News. A main residence and 2 outbuildings face the Intracoastal Waterway.
On the 2026 Palm Beach County roll, 12 of the 25 houses in its subdivision date from 1947 to 1955. The same roll lists this one as a homestead, Florida’s mark of a primary residence.
Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin Stallone, bought it through a trust in December 2020 from Ronald and Cindy McMackin, owners since 2018. WPTV reported the sale from Palm Beach County deed records.
Stallone announced the move on the season 2 premiere of the Paramount+ series The Family Stallone in 2024, saying the family would leave California “permanently.” The Palm Beach house became their primary home.
The couple brought in Martyn Lawrence Bullard, who had worked on their previous California home, for the interiors, and the result made the cover of Veranda in 2025. Flavin told the magazine she liked the house’s “livable size.”
Stallone’s screening room holds a knife from First Blood, a robe from Rocky, and the original Rocky screenplay under glass, according to the Palm Beach Daily News. He rotates the art between rooms to keep it fresh.
