Tim McGraw & Faith Hill's House (former)
Nashville, TN
The Story
A 1934 estate on Chickering Lane in Belle Meade, the small incorporated city on Nashville's west side. Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, country music's married headliners, owned it from 2004 to 2013.
In November 2004 the Nashville Post reported Hill and McGraw in the final stages of buying the estate, the seller's agent at Fridrich & Clark confirming a pending sale. No purchase price was disclosed.
A 2004 appraisal put the house and its 11.6 acres at $2.4M. The couple put it up for sale in 2009, after moving into their new build nearby, and sold in 2013 for $2.8M.
The estate sold again in February 2021 for $10M, the Nashville area's top home sale that month. The Nashville Post's write-up on the sale named Hill and McGraw as its former owners.
A private home behind a security gate on a public Belle Meade road, set well back on a 4.6-acre lot. Expect a partial view from the street, and stay out of the drive.
