Tua Tagovailoa's House

Quarterback who left Ewa Beach, Hawaii, for Alabama, then won the January 2018 national title with an overtime touchdown off the bench. Miami drafted him 5th overall in 2020.

The house went up in 2004 and recorded its first sale that September. Broward's appraiser card still zones the lot agricultural, with 5 deeds on file across the home's first 21 years.

Long Lake Ranches is a GL Homes development: estate lots larger than the Davie norm, in 3 separately gated sections beside Tree Tops Park and the Westridge preserve, on Nob Hill Road.

Davie began as Everglades wetland, drained and farmed under the developer whose surname replaced the settlement's original name, Zona. The town incorporated in 1925 and kept the agricultural zoning that lets residents keep horses.

Tua bought the place in 2020, months after Miami signed its rookie quarterback to his first contract. Teammates Kyle Van Noy and Clayton Fejedelem bought their own South Florida homes around the same time.

He put the house up for sale in April 2025, a year into his $212.4M extension, while reports questioned his Dolphins future. It sold that July through the Jills Zeder Group.

The sale was a move within South Florida, not an exit. Tua, his wife, and their 2 children stayed in the area where his NFL career began.
