The Jesse Pinkman House
Albuquerque, NM
The Story
This house in Albuquerque’s Country Club neighborhood played Jesse Pinkman’s home in Breaking Bad: his late aunt’s house, which he buys from his parents. It is a private home where people live.
The developer Leon Watson built the 2-story Spanish Colonial revival house in the 1940s. Stone surrounds frame its doors, windows, and fireplaces, and its wood floors date to that build.
Breaking Bad first filmed inside and outside the house. After it sold and was remodeled, the crew rebuilt the interior on a soundstage for the party scenes and kept the house for exteriors.
On July 28, 2015, the house went on the market at $1.6M through Coldwell Banker Legacy. The brokerage’s press release carried the line “Meth lab not included.”
The Albuquerque Journal reported in February 2026 that the agent then selling the Walter White house had handled a sale of this one about 10 years earlier, without giving a price or date.
In 2015 a Breaking Bad trolley tour drove past the house every day. Even so, the broker selling it described the street as a quiet neighborhood.
The house is a private home, visible only from the public street, and its interior is not open to visitors.
