Where is the Kardashian house? Kris Jenner lived for years in Hidden Hills, California, which is near Calabasas. Hidden Hills is a gated community, and some of Jenner’s neighbors, both past and present, include her children, Miley Cyrus, Drake, The Osbournes, and LeAnn Rimes.
Below you’ll find Kris’ most recently purchased home, as well as the one she bought with then-husband Bruce Jenner.
Kris Jenner House Hidden Hills
Just as Khloe was listing her longtime home in Calabasas in late 2020 (which she bought from Justin Bieber), Khloe and Kris were making deals for neighboring Hidden Hills homes. The property was once a 3-acre plot, but the developer split it in two. They closed at the end of 2020, and honestly, we don’t know much else.
Very little is known about the homes because they were never listed, and of course, there’s no Google Street View for us to peruse given the tight security in Hidden Hills.
Here’s what we do know, though. Both homes are over 15,000 square feet, and the rendering pictured below (believed to be Khloe’s) is 16,500 square feet. It’s also got 8 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms, an 8-car garage, and according to Khloe’s Instagram, a basketball court – ideal for Tristian who she’s now reconciled with.

The Mediterranean estate measures in at 8,860-square-feet, boasting 6-bedrooms and 7.5-bathrooms. If you’ve ever watched Keeping Up With The Kardashians you’ve probably seen the now-famous entryway to Kris Jenner’s Home. The signature black and white floor leads to a grand, wrap-around staircase adorned with luscious greenery. The home was designed by Los Angeles designer Jeff Andrews.

Kris and former spouse, Caitlyn Jenner, bought the home in 2010 for $4 million, and Kris still lives there. For security reasons, all exterior shots were of another house, although all interior shots were of her actual home. The house used for exterior shots is located about an hour away from Kris’s house and is currently on the market for $8.95 million.
Kris Jenner’s Hidden Hills Investment House
In December 2017, Kris paid $9.925 million for a 9,400 square foot home across the street from Kim & Kanye. Although some have speculated that it’s a flip, we aren’t sold on that idea. She paid top dollar for the brand new 6-bedroom, 8-bathroom home. You’d think that top dollar price tag would make it tough to earn a profit but think again.
In mid-2020, Kris sold the home to the daughter of Coty Cosmetics’ Peter Harf for $15 million.
The place is GORG! Some features to the home include a game room, a swimming pool & spa, a home theater, and an outdoor barbecue area. The house also has an open floor plan and wood flooring throughout. Additionally, the master bedroom even comes with its own balcony!
