Ariel Winter's House

Ariel Winter grew up on camera as Alex Dunphy, the middle Dunphy kid across all 11 seasons of Modern Family, 2009 to 2020. She also voiced Sofia in Disney's Sofia the First.

The house went up in 2020, a Luna Custom Homes build with a gray and white exterior. It was 2 years old when it changed hands.

The surrounding community, The Grove, is 1,100 gated acres of Williamson County wrapped around a Greg Norman Signature course, a layout raters call one of Middle Tennessee's best.

Winter and her boyfriend, actor Luke Benward, closed on the place in May 2022. Her Los Angeles farmhouse had already been let go before the move.

She explained the move on castmate Julie Bowen's Quitters podcast: “I don't like feeling watched.” After years of Los Angeles paparazzi, she wanted an ordinary life out of frame.

The club's Greg Norman course has hosted the Korn Ferry Tour's Simmons Bank Open since 2021, and Norman's own LIV Golf league staged its Nashville event there in 2024.
