Ayesha Curry & Stephen Curry's House

Stephen Curry has played point guard for the Golden State Warriors since 2009 and holds the NBA record for career 3-pointers. Ayesha Curry, born in Toronto, is a cook, cookbook author, and TV host.

Orange County deed records show a homebuilder bought the lot in May 2014 and sold it with a new house on it in June 2015. The lot's recorded sales go back to 1970.

Winter Park dates to 1881, when Loring Chase and Oliver Chapman bought 600 acres here for $13,000. It incorporated in 1887 as a winter resort for wealthy Northerners.

Steph and Ayesha bought the house in July 2022 from a previous owner's estate, through a revocable trust. That trust was still the owner of record on Orange County's 2026 tax roll.

The purchase set off talk in Orlando of an NBA trade or a tax angle, Orlando Weekly noted. Real estate sources told the Orlando Business Journal the house was bought for a family member.

The sale is dated July 11, 2022, less than a month after the Warriors beat the Boston Celtics for Steph's 4th NBA title and his first Finals MVP.

Rollins College, the oldest college in Florida, was founded in Winter Park in 1885. The city's shopping district is Park Avenue, and Winter Park is known for its brick-lined streets.
