Blake Shelton's House (former)

Country singer from Ada, Oklahoma, whose 2001 debut “Austin” ran 5 weeks at the top of the country chart. He coached on NBC's The Voice from 2011 to 2023.

Corner Realty Partners developed the 18-story tower and Brasfield & Gorrie built it. There are 186 units, brownstone-style townhouses at street level, and 5 levels of parking.

Davidson County opened the tower's individual unit parcels on February 22, 2006, and files this one as a residential condo. The block is zoned ORI-A, Metro's office and residential intensive district.

Shelton and Miranda Lambert bought in October 2012, into a Midtown tower that had gone up in 2007 between Music Row and the Vanderbilt campus.

County records put the unit's most recent transfer at January 31, 2020. The same owner name sits on the unit next door, held since November 2012, weeks after Shelton and Lambert closed here.

The condo came first among the couple's Tennessee places. They added the Brentwood house in July 2013, and a farm outside Franklin that December.

Shelton opened Ole Red at 300 Broadway on June 6, 2018, with Ryman Hospitality Properties. Lower Broadway sits about 2 miles northeast of Midtown.
