Brad Paisley's House

Franklin, TN

The Story

Country singer and guitarist with 19 number-one hits since his 1999 debut, among them “He Didn’t Have to Be.” He won the Country Music Association’s entertainer of the year in 2010.

Franklin was founded in 1799 by Abram Maury Jr., named for Benjamin Franklin. The town’s first structure was a log house, built a year earlier by Scottish immigrant Ewen Cameron.

The Franklin property is built in a two-story log cabin style, with stone fireplaces and a den, set on nearly 80 acres with a pond.

Brad and Kimberly Williams-Paisley, married in 2003, bought the property the following year.

Paisley and Williams-Paisley also opened The Store, a free grocery in Nashville’s 12 South neighborhood that lets families shop with dignity instead of taking a handout.

The Store opened a second location on a Nashville hospital campus in 2024, extending its reach beyond the original 12 South store.
