Christina Haack's House

Franklin, TN

The Story

Christina Haack is the house flipper HGTV built a franchise around: 10 seasons of “Flip or Flop” with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa from 2013 to 2022, then “Christina on the Coast” in Orange County.

The house is a 2017 build that plays older than it is: beamed ceilings, natural stone, and a wood-burning fireplace, with a barn and fenced animal areas on its 23 acres.

Leiper's Fork was settled in the late 1790s on Revolutionary War land grants and named for a family on its creek. The farm sits by that village, a mile off the Natchez Trace Parkway.

Haack toured Nashville in 2020, came back scouting in early 2021, and bought this place as a vacation getaway. It had spent a single day on the market when she made her offer.

The farm carried its own series: “Christina in the Country” premiered on HGTV on January 12, 2023, following her build-out of the acreage into a second home. She called Tennessee “our home away from home.”

Her split from third husband Josh Hall played out here. She put the farm up for sale in October 2024, he moved to block it, and she pulled it 3 weeks later.

The divorce settled in August 2025 with Haack keeping sole ownership. The farm returned to the market in June 2026, asking the same $4.5M she wanted the first time around.
